How to Factory Reset the AS9P

Performing a factory reset erases the pairing history with any other devices. If you’ve paired the headphones with another device and they don’t reconnect to each other automatically, a reset may be required.

Important Note:

Before resetting, ensure that Bluetooth on nearby devices (like your phone or laptop) is turned OFF to prevent interference.

Resetting the headphones

• Power on the headphones by sliding the power switch to the "ON" position.
• Press and hold both the “+” and “-” buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds or until the LED indicator turns pink. This indicates a successful reset, and the headphones will then automatically enter pairing mode (indicated by the LED flashing red & blue alternately).
