AS9P – How to Enter Bluetooth Pairing Mode

Want to connect your AS9P headphones to a phone, TV, computer, or Bluetooth transmitter? Follow these steps.

Step 1 – Put the Headphones in Pairing Mode

Turn OFF your AS9P headphones.
Slide the Power switch to ON.
Slide and hold the switch toward PAIR for 3 seconds.
Release when the LED flashes RED and BLUE alternately.

RED and BLUE flashing alternately = Ready to pair.

Step 2 – Connect to Your Device

Open the Bluetooth settings on your phone, TV, or computer.
Find and select Avantree AS9-P.
Wait for the headphones to connect.

Solid BLUE LED + "Connected" voice prompt = Successfully connected.

Using an Avantree Bluetooth Transmitter?

Put the transmitter into pairing mode as well. Keep the headphones and transmitter close together until they connect. You do not need to select the headphones from a Bluetooth device list.

Headphones Not Connecting?

Turn OFF Bluetooth on nearby phones, tablets, or computers previously connected to the AS9P.
Turn the headphones OFF, then repeat Step 1.
Keep the headphones close to the device you want to connect to.
Try pairing again.

Still Not Connecting?

Try resetting your headphones, then repeat the pairing steps.
