TWS116 – Power & Charging Guide

Charge the earbuds and charging case to keep your TWS116 ready to use.

If you hear “Battery low,” charge the earbuds.

Place the left and right earbuds in the charging case. Make sure each earbud is sitting correctly in its charging position.

RED light = Charging

Light OFF = Fully charged

A full earbud charge takes about 2.5 hours.

Up to 7 hours of playtime after a full charge.

15 minutes of charging = up to 1 hour of playtime.

BLUE light = Case battery is low

When you see the BLUE light, charge the case.

RED light = Case is charging

Light OFF = Case is fully charged

A full case charge takes about 3.5 hours.

Can I charge the earbuds and case together? Yes. Leave both earbuds in the case while the case is charging.

A fully charged case can recharge the earbuds about 8–9 times, providing up to 63 additional hours of playtime.

Earbud Does Not Show a RED Charging Light

Remove the earbud and place it back in the case carefully.
If the case shows a BLUE light, charge the case first.
Make sure the charging contacts are clean and dry.
Try a different USB-C charging cable and a different compatible power source, then check the charging light again.
