TWS116 – Enter Bluetooth Pairing Mode

Use these steps to connect the TWS116 to a new Bluetooth device.

Important: Turn Bluetooth OFF on nearby phones, tablets, computers, or other devices that were previously paired with the TWS116.

Using Both Earbuds

Step 1 – Remove Both Earbuds

Take both earbuds out of the charging case.

Step 2 – Wait for Pairing Mode

Wait a few seconds. One earbud should show:

Flashing RED & BLUE = Ready to pair

You will also hear “Pairing.”

Step 3 – Connect Your Device

Open Bluetooth Settings on your phone, tablet, computer, TV, or transmitter.
Find TWS116 in the Bluetooth device list.
Select it and wait for the connection to complete.

Using Only One Earbud

Leave one earbud in the charging case.
Remove only the earbud you want to use.
Wait until you hear “Pairing.”
Flashing RED & BLUE = Ready to pair

Something Doesn’t Look Right?

No RED & BLUE Flashing

Turn the earbud OFF.
Press and hold the earbud button.
Keep holding until it shows flashing RED & BLUE.

Still Not Pairing?

Make sure nearby previously paired devices have Bluetooth OFF and the TWS116 is flashing RED & BLUE. If it still will not pair, reset both earbuds and try again.
