Please review these three important points to avoid common Bluetooth compatibility, pairing, and connection-range issues.
Check Your Headphone Compatibility
DG60P is designed to connect to Bluetooth headphones and speakers.
It does not connect to headsets that use only a proprietary 2.4 GHz wireless dongle.

2.4 GHz-only headsets with proprietary dongles
Sony Pulse 3D uses a proprietary 2.4 GHz wireless connection rather than standard Bluetooth audio. It cannot pair directly with DG60P.
Having Trouble Pairing? Check These First
If your headphones are not connecting to DG60P, try the following:
- Manually enter pairing mode. Put your Bluetooth headphones into pairing mode according to their manufacturer's instructions.
- Disconnect previous devices. Turn off Bluetooth on your phone, tablet, or computer if your headphones are automatically reconnecting to it.
- Try pairing again. Follow the DG60P pairing instructions to establish a new connection.
Many Bluetooth headphones automatically reconnect to the last device they used. This may prevent them from becoming available for a new connection with DG60P.
Understand Bluetooth Operating Range
DG60P's effective Bluetooth operating range may be limited by the range supported by your connected headphones or earbuds.
Even if DG60P supports a longer transmission distance, your headphones or earbuds may have a shorter effective range.
For a more stable connection, keep your headphones within their supported operating range and minimize walls, obstacles, and wireless interference.

Common Questions
Can I Use DG60P with a 2.4 GHz Gaming Headset?
Only if the headset also supports a compatible standard Bluetooth audio connection.
A headset that works exclusively with its own proprietary 2.4 GHz dongle cannot connect directly to DG60P.
Why Won't My Bluetooth Headphones Connect?
Make sure your headphones are in Bluetooth pairing mode, not simply powered on.
If they are connected to another device, temporarily turn off Bluetooth on that device and try again.
Why Does the Sound Cut Out When I Move Away?
The actual connection range depends on both DG60P and your Bluetooth headphones.
Move closer to DG60P and reduce obstacles or wireless interference to check whether the connection improves.
