If only one of your Pebble earbuds is working, they may have lost their pairing connection. To resolve this issue, we recommend performing a factory reset to clear the pairing history. You’ll need to reset both the Left and Right earbuds separately.
Step-by-Step Reset Process

Reset the Left Earbud

Take the Left earbud out of the charging case.

Wait a few seconds until the LED flashes Red and Blue 🔴/🔵, indicating pairing mode.

Double-click
the Multifunction Button (MFB) on the earbud.

The LED will briefly turn solid Pink 🟠 for 2 seconds, then turn off.

Reset the Right Earbud

Repeat the same process with the Right earbud.

Reconnect the Earbuds

Place both the Left and Right earbuds back into the charging case.

Remove them simultaneously from the case.

The LEDs on both earbuds will start flashing Blue🔵/🔵, indicating they are reconnecting. This process typically happens within a few seconds.

Once the earbuds are successfully paired, one of them will automatically enter pairing mode, allowing you to connect them to your device.
