Pebble – Sound Only Coming From One Earbud?
If sound is only coming from the Left or Right earbud, the two earbuds may have lost their connection with each other.
Step 1 – Reconnect Both Earbuds
- Place both earbuds into the charging case.
- Wait a few seconds.
- Remove both earbuds at the same time.
- Wait a few seconds for them to reconnect.
- Play audio and check both sides.
Still only hearing one side? Continue to Step 2.
Step 2 – Reset BOTH Earbuds
Reset the Left Earbud
- Take the Left earbud out of the charging case.
- Wait until its LED flashes Red & Blue .
- Double-click the MFB (Multifunction Button).
- Watch the LED.
Pink for about 2 seconds, then the light turns off. Pink = Left earbud reset successfully.
Reset the Right Earbud
Repeat the same reset process used for the Left earbud, but this time with the Right earbud.
Step 3 – Reconnect the Left & Right Earbuds
- Put both earbuds back into the charging case.
- Wait a few seconds.
- Remove both earbuds at the same time.
- Keep them close together and wait for them to reconnect.
Step 4 – Connect to Your Device
- Open your device's Bluetooth settings.
- Select Avantree Pebble.
- Play audio and check both earbuds.
Something Doesn't Look Right?
Earbud Does Not Flash Red & Blue?
Put the earbud back into the charging case. Wait a few seconds, then remove it and check the LED again.
Only One Earbud Was Reset?
Reset the other earbud too. Both the Left and Right earbuds must be reset separately.
Earbuds Keep Connecting Separately?
- Open your device's Bluetooth settings.
- Find Pebble and select Forget or Remove.
- Reset both earbuds again.
- Put both earbuds in the case, remove them together, and reconnect.
