HT5006 – Set Up 1: Connect the Transmitter to Your TV

Connect the Oasis Plus transmitter to your TV or audio source.

Use only ONE audio connection. If your TV has an Optical / Digital Audio OUT port, Optical is recommended.

Step 1 – Power the Transmitter

Connect the USB power cable to the transmitter’s DC IN port. Connect the other end to your TV’s USB port or a 5V / 0.5–2A USB wall adapter.

Step 2 – Choose ONE TV Connection

Check the back or side of your TV. Use the first option your TV supports:

1. Optical / Digital Audio OUT – Recommended
2. AUX / Headphone OUT
3. Red & White RCA AUDIO OUT

Option 1 – Optical / Digital Audio OUT

Connect TV Optical / Digital Audio OUT → Oasis Plus Optical INPUT FROM TV.

On your TV, open Sound / Audio Settings and select:

Sound Output → Optical / Digital Audio Out
Digital Audio Format → PCM

If you use a streaming app, start playing the video first, then check the PCM setting.

Option 2 – AUX / Headphone OUT

Connect TV Headphone / AUX / Audio OUT → Oasis Plus AUX INPUT FROM TV.

If your TV asks where to send sound, select Headphones / Audio Out. Then turn up the TV volume.

Option 3 – Red & White RCA AUDIO OUT

Use this option only if the red and white TV ports are labeled AUDIO OUT. Do not use AUDIO IN or COMPONENT IN.

Connect TV Red & White AUDIO OUT → RCA adapter → Oasis Plus AUX INPUT FROM TV.

If your TV has an audio-output setting, select Audio Out / External Audio.

TV connection complete? Make sure one cable is firmly connected, your TV is set to the matching audio output, and the TV is playing audio.
