HT5006 – How to Factory Reset / Clear Pairing History

Reset the headphones and transmitter if they no longer connect correctly.

Important: Reset BOTH parts before reconnecting them: the NB16 headphones and the Oasis Plus transmitter.

Step 1 – Reset the NB16 Headphones

Turn ON the headphones.
Press and hold + and − together.

PINK = Reset successful

Release the buttons when the LED turns PINK. The headphones will then enter Bluetooth pairing mode.

Step 2 – Reset the Transmitter

Turn ON the Oasis Plus transmitter.
Press and hold + and − together for about 7 seconds.

Keep holding until you hear “Pairing history cleared.”

TX flashing GREEN & WHITE = Pairing mode

Step 3 – Let Them Reconnect

Keep the headphones close to the transmitter and wait for them to connect.

Headphones = Solid BLUE

Transmitter A = Solid WHITE

Step 4 – Lock Them Together

On the transmitter, press and hold the + button for about 7 seconds.

TX briefly turns GREEN = Lock complete

The headphones are now connected and locked to the transmitter.

Something Doesn’t Look Right?

Both Reset but Do Not Connect

Turn Bluetooth OFF on nearby devices previously connected to the headphones.
Keep the headphones close to the transmitter.
Make sure both devices are in pairing mode.
Wait for the headphones to become Solid BLUE, then complete Step 4.

They Connect but Do Not Reconnect Next Time

Make sure you completed Step 4 – Lock Them Together. With the headphones connected, hold the transmitter’s + button for about 7 seconds until the TX indicator briefly turns GREEN.
