HT5006 – How to Pair, Connect & Lock the Headphones
Reconnect and lock the headphones to the Oasis Plus transmitter.
The original HT5006 headphones and transmitter are factory paired and locked. Normally, just turn them ON and they reconnect automatically.
Use these steps only if they no longer reconnect.
Step 1 – Put the Transmitter in Pairing Mode
- Turn ON the Oasis Plus transmitter.
- Press and hold the Bluetooth button.
Step 2 – Put the Headphones in Pairing Mode
Start with the headphones OFF. Press and hold the middle button.
Simply turning the headphones ON is not enough. Keep holding until RED & BLUE start flashing.
Step 3 – Wait for Them to Connect
Keep the headphones close to the transmitter and wait a few seconds.
Transmitter A = Solid WHITE
Transmitter LL = Solid WHITE
Headphones = Solid BLUE
Step 4 – Lock the Headphones to the Transmitter
While they are connected, press and hold the transmitter’s + button for about 10 seconds.
The headphones and transmitter should now reconnect automatically whenever you turn them ON.
Something Doesn’t Look Right?
Both Are in Pairing Mode but Do Not Connect
- Keep the headphones close to the transmitter.
- Turn Bluetooth OFF on nearby phones, tablets, computers, and TVs.
- Make sure the transmitter is powered from a wall outlet, not the TV USB port.
- Put both devices into pairing mode again and wait for them to connect.
They Connect but Do Not Reconnect Next Time
The Lock step may not have completed. Connect the devices again, then hold the transmitter’s + button for about 10 seconds until TX turns GREEN briefly.
