In the HT41899 set, the black headphones are designated as Headphone 🎧1, and the red headphones as Headphone 🎧2. Follow these steps to reconnect and lock them to the transmitter:
1. Reset the Transmitter
Press and hold the “+” and “–” buttons on the transmitter for about 7 seconds until both Bluetooth LEDs flash pink.
Afterward, the Bluetooth LED next to 🎧1 will begin flashing blue.
2. Reset the Black Headphones (🎧1)
Turn on the black headphones.
Then, press and hold “+” and “–” for about 8 seconds until the LED flashes pink.
The headphones will automatically re-enter pairing mode (flashing red and blue).
3. Lock the Black Headphones to the Transmitter
Wait for the headphones and transmitter to connect (LEDs will turn solid).
Then, press and hold the 🎧1 button on the transmitter for about 10 seconds until the Bluetooth LED next to 🎧1 turns pink—this locks the black headphones to the transmitter.
4. Connect the Red Headphones (🎧2)
Enter pairing mode on the red headphones:
Slide and hold the OFF/ON/PAIR switch in the PAIR position for about 5 seconds until the LED flashes red and blue. (💡For batches before T22H1: While the headphones are turned off, press and hold the silver button on the left earcup until the LED flashes red and blue.) [Where to find Batch Number/LOT Number?]
Enter pairing mode on the transmitter:
Press and hold the 🎧2 button until the corresponding Bluetooth LED also flashes red and blue.
Wait for connection:
Keep the headphones close to the transmitter. They should pair within 5–10 seconds.
💡Notes:
1. Turn off Bluetooth on nearby devices (TVs, phones, computers, speakers) to avoid pairing interference.
2. Devices like Wi-Fi routers, microwaves, and access points using the 2.4GHz frequency may interfere with the signal. Keep them at least 2 meters away from your headphones and transmitter.
