Headphones Not Connecting? Pair & Lock Them Again

Start with the black Headphone 1. Once it is connected and locked, connect the red Headphone 2.

Important

Complete Headphone 1 first.

Pair and lock Headphone 1 before moving on to Headphone 2.

Before You Start

1 Turn Bluetooth OFF on nearby phones, tablets, computers, Smart TVs, speakers, and other Bluetooth devices.

2 Keep the headphones close to the transmitter while pairing.

3 Move the setup away from strong 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi interference when possible.

Headphone 1

Black Headphones

Open each step as you go.

1 Reset the Transmitter Hold + and − together for about 7 seconds.

Make sure the transmitter is powered on.

Press and hold the + and − buttons together for about 7 seconds.

+ and − 7 seconds

Both Bluetooth LEDs turn pink The transmitter has been reset.

2 Reset Headphone 1 Hold + and − together for about 8 seconds.

Turn the black Headphone 1 ON.

Press and hold + and − together for about 8 seconds.

+ and − 8 seconds

Pink briefly The headphones have been reset.

Flashing Red & Blue Headphone 1 is in pairing mode.

Keep Headphone 1 close to the transmitter and wait for it to connect.

3 Lock Headphone 1 Do this after Headphone 1 is connected.

After Headphone 1 is connected, press and hold the Headphone 1 and Headphone 2 buttons on the transmitter together for about 10 seconds.

1 and 2 10 seconds

Headphone 1 Bluetooth LED turns pink Headphone 1 is locked to the transmitter.

Now Connect Headphone 2

Complete these steps after Headphone 1 has been connected and locked.

1 Put Headphone 2 in Pairing Mode Hold the switch in the PAIR position.

Slide and hold the OFF / ON / PAIR switch in the PAIR position for about 3 seconds.

Flashing Red & Blue Headphone 2 is ready to pair.

2 Put Channel 2 in Pairing Mode Hold the Headphone 2 button for about 2 seconds.

Press and hold the Headphone 2 button on the transmitter for about 2 seconds.

Channel 2 flashes Red & Blue The transmitter is searching for Headphone 2.

3 Wait for Headphone 2 to Connect Keep it close to the transmitter.

Keep Headphone 2 close to the transmitter and do not press any more buttons.

Wait about 5–10 seconds.

Solid Blue Headphone 2 is connected.

For Future Use

Reconnect in This Order

You do not need to repeat the pairing steps during normal use.

Turn On Headphone 1 First

Turn on the black Headphone 1 and let it reconnect.

Wait until Headphone 1 is connected before continuing.

Then Turn On Headphone 2

Once Headphone 1 is connected, turn on the red Headphone 2.

Using Headphone 2 First?

If Headphone 1 Is Still Charging

Turn on Headphone 2. If it does not reconnect automatically, press the Multi-function button once.

Multi-function button location:

+ MFB −

The Multi-function button is the button between + and −.

Tap the Multi-function button once to reconnect Headphone 2. There is no need to pair it again.
