Oasis Plus: How to Use as a Wireless Audio Receiver
Use RX (Receiver) Mode to play audio from your Bluetooth-enabled phone or another Bluetooth audio source through a speaker or soundbar that does not have Bluetooth.
Follow the 4 simple stages below to connect your devices.
RX mode receives Bluetooth audio and sends it to a wired speaker or soundbar. TX mode does the opposite: it sends audio from a TV or another source to Bluetooth headphones.
Switch to RX Mode and Connect Power
Locate the mode switch on Oasis Plus. Move it to the RX position.
If using a wall adapter, the original guide specifies a 5V USB adapter rated 500mA–2A.
Make sure Oasis Plus is powered on and the mode switch is set to RX.
Connect Oasis Plus to Your Speaker or Soundbar
Use one of the included audio cables to connect Oasis Plus to your speaker or soundbar.
Connect the cable to the Oasis Plus ports labeled RX OUTPUT TO SPEAKER. Do not use the TX input ports.
Put Oasis Plus into Bluetooth Pairing Mode
Oasis Plus should enter Bluetooth pairing mode automatically when ready to pair.
If it does not, press and hold the Bluetooth Pairing button until the RX indicator flashes green and white alternately.
Correct Pairing Indicator
Flashing Green / White means Oasis Plus is in Bluetooth pairing mode.
Connect Your Phone and Confirm the Connection
On your phone or other Bluetooth audio source, turn on Bluetooth.
Open the list of available Bluetooth devices and select:
Tap this device name in your phone's Bluetooth settings to connect.
Keep Oasis Plus and your phone close together. Wait approximately 5–10 seconds for the connection to complete.
Successful Connection Indicators
The RX indicator and the A connection indicator should both turn solid white.
Oasis Plus is now connected to your Bluetooth audio source in RX mode. Play music or other audio on your phone to listen through your connected speaker.

What Is the Difference Between TX and RX Mode?
TX (Transmitter): Sends audio from a TV or another wired audio source to Bluetooth headphones.
RX (Receiver): Receives Bluetooth audio from a phone or another Bluetooth source and outputs it through a wired speaker or soundbar.
My Phone Cannot Find Avantree Oasis Plus
Confirm that Oasis Plus is powered on and switched to RX.
If the RX indicator is not flashing green and white, press and hold the Bluetooth Pairing button to activate pairing mode.
Keep your phone close to Oasis Plus, then search for Bluetooth devices again.
My Phone Is Connected, but There Is No Sound
Check that your speaker or soundbar is powered on and its selected input matches the connected cable.
Confirm that the cable is plugged into RX OUTPUT TO SPEAKER on Oasis Plus.
Play audio on your phone and increase the phone and speaker volumes as needed.
Can I Connect Oasis Plus to a Soundbar?
Yes. You can use RX mode with a soundbar that has a compatible AUX, RCA, or optical audio input.
Connect the appropriate cable from the Oasis Plus RX output to the soundbar's audio input, then select that input on the soundbar.
Which USB Power Adapter Should I Use?
The original setup guide specifies a 5V USB adapter rated 500mA–2A.
You can also use a suitable USB port on your speaker, if available.
