Common Questions
Will Resetting TX Also Reset RX?
No. TX and RX have separate pairing histories. Resetting TX does not clear RX, and resetting RX does not clear TX.
To clear both, perform the reset separately in each mode.
I Held + and − but Did Not Hear the Voice Prompt
Make sure Oasis Plus is powered on and switched to TX or RX.
Press and hold both buttons together for approximately seven seconds. Do not release them until you hear "Pairing history cleared."
If the voice prompt is not heard, try the procedure again.
My Headphones Still Reconnect to Another Device
Bluetooth headphones often reconnect automatically to the last device they were paired with.
Temporarily turn off Bluetooth on your phone, computer, or other previously connected device.
Then put the headphones into pairing mode and reconnect them to Oasis Plus.
Should I Reset My Bluetooth Headphones Too?
If pairing problems continue, clearing the pairing history on both Bluetooth devices can help.
Follow your headphone manufacturer's instructions to clear its pairing history.
For phones or computers, try switching Bluetooth off and back on before reconnecting.
Does Factory Reset Change My TV Audio Settings?
This procedure clears the Bluetooth pairing history for the selected Oasis Plus mode.
It does not change your TV's audio output settings.
