Before You Start: No sound may be caused by disconnected earbuds, incorrect TV audio settings, or a loose cable. Using a Soundbar? If it uses HDMI ARC/eARC, temporarily unplug the soundbar's HDMI cable from the TV while testing the Aura Loop Dual.
Step 1 – Check the Earbud Connection
Turn on the Aura Loop earbuds and keep them near the transmitter. Check the earbud LED.
Earbuds Not Connected? Follow the pairing guide to reconnect them.
How to Pair Loop Earbuds →Step 2 – Check the TV Audio Signal & Settings
Play TV audio and check the transmitter's Audio Input light.
Why PCM? The transmitter needs a compatible stereo audio signal. Dolby or other surround-sound formats may cause no sound. For Optical connections, select PCM / Stereo.
Choose your TV connection type and follow the matching instructions.
Step 3 – Check Connections, Volume & Restart
- Check that the audio cable is securely connected to the TV and transmitter. Use only one cable (Optical or AUX).
- Increase the earbud volume (+). For AUX, increase TV volume. For Optical, try the transmitter's Volume Boost button.
- Make sure the TV is not muted. Try another channel, video, or app.
- Try a NEW audio cable of the same type.
- Still no sound? Restart the transmitter and earbuds, then test again.
No Sound on Certain Apps or Cable Boxes? Set the TV or streaming device's digital audio format to PCM / Stereo.
