If Venucast Connect displays Chinese even when English is selected, follow these steps.

Uninstall the Existing App

Remove the current Venucast Connect app from your phone.

Download and Install the Latest Version

Select the correct download for your phone:

Select Your Preferred Language

Open Venucast Connect and select your preferred language in the app settings.
