Aura C – App Can’t Connect? Check Phone Permissions

If Venucast Connect cannot find or connect to Aura C, check that the app has Bluetooth permission on your phone.

iPhone

Settings→ Apps→ Venucast Connect→ Bluetooth: ON

Settings→ Apps→ Venucast Connect→ Permissions→ Nearby devices: Allow

Follow the path for your phone above. On Android, menu names may vary slightly by phone model.

Return to Venucast Connect and try using Aura C again. If the app is already open, close and reopen it after enabling the permission.

Note: If the required permission was denied when the app was first installed, Venucast Connect may be unable to communicate with Aura C.
