AuraBand – How to Switch to a Different Auracast Broadcast? – Avantree Support

If AuraBand connects to the wrong Auracast broadcast, you can manually search for another one using the CHANNEL button.

Find the CHANNEL button

You'll use this button to make AuraBand search for another available Auracast broadcast.

Press & hold — don't just press once.
Keep the CHANNEL button held for about 5 seconds.

Move near the broadcast you want, then follow these steps.

First, move closer to the Auracast broadcast you want to join. Then press and hold the CHANNEL button for about 5 seconds.

AuraBand will search for another available Auracast broadcast.

When the white light stays solid, listen to confirm that you are connected to the correct broadcast.

Solid white = Connected

No new broadcast found?

AuraBand will return to the previous broadcast if it cannot find another available broadcast.

If the white light stays solid and you hear the broadcast you wanted, you're all set.

Select what happened.

AuraBand returned to the previous broadcast

AuraBand did not find another available broadcast.

AuraBand connected, but it's still the wrong broadcast

Move closer to the broadcast you want and repeat the CHANNEL-button search. When the white light stays solid, listen again to confirm the broadcast.

AuraBand won't connect to any broadcast
