White light keeps flashing?

AuraBand is searching for an available Auracast broadcast.

Make sure an Auracast broadcast is active nearby

AuraBand needs an available Auracast broadcast to connect. If there is no active broadcast nearby, the white light will continue flashing while it searches.

Already have an Auracast transmitter or broadcast running?
Move AuraBand closer to it, then follow the steps below.

Try These Steps

Work through them in order until AuraBand connects.

Active BroadcastMake sure Auracast is available

Move CloserBring AuraBand near the source

RestartTurn AuraBand off and back on

WaitAllow it to search and connect

Check the Auracast broadcast

Make sure the Auracast transmitter or broadcast source you want to use is powered on and actively broadcasting.

Important: AuraBand cannot connect if there is no active Auracast broadcast available.

Move AuraBand closer

Bring AuraBand closer to the Auracast transmitter or broadcast source, especially while troubleshooting the connection.

Tip: Test the connection close to the broadcast source first. Once connected, you can move back to your normal listening position.

Restart AuraBand

Turn AuraBand OFF, wait a few seconds, then turn it ON again.

After turning it back on, allow AuraBand time to search for the available broadcast.

Watch the white light

AuraBand will search for an available Auracast broadcast.

Flashing white = Searching Solid white = Connected

Connected successfully

When the white light stays solid and you can hear audio, AuraBand is connected to the Auracast broadcast.

The white light keeps flashing

A flashing white light means AuraBand is still searching for an available Auracast broadcast.

Confirm that the Auracast broadcast source is powered on.
Move AuraBand closer to the broadcast source.
Turn AuraBand OFF and back ON.
Wait for it to search again.

The broadcast is on, but AuraBand still won't connect

Make sure the Auracast broadcast is open and available.

Then restart both devices:

Turn AuraBand OFF.
Restart the Auracast transmitter or broadcast source.
Wait for the broadcast to become active again.
Turn AuraBand back ON.
Keep AuraBand nearby while it searches.

The white light is solid, but I don't hear audio

A solid white light indicates that AuraBand has connected.

If there is still no audio, check that audio is actually playing through the Auracast broadcast source and that your listening device is ready for audio.
