Harmony A0 – Factory Reset / Clear Bluetooth Pairing History
Reset the speaker if it has trouble pairing or reconnecting with a Bluetooth device.
It does not clear Auracast connections.
Step 1 – Turn On the Speaker
Make sure the Harmony A0 is powered on.
Step 2 – Reset the Speaker
Press and hold + and – together for about 5 seconds.
PINK for about 2 seconds
Then the LED turns OFF.
Optional Step 3 – Pair Again in Bluetooth Mode
Only use this step if you use the Harmony A0 speaker in Bluetooth mode with a phone, tablet, computer, or other Bluetooth device.
- Open your device’s Bluetooth Settings.
- If Harmony A0 is still listed, select Forget, Remove, or Unpair.
- Put Harmony A0 into Bluetooth pairing mode.
Flashing RED & BLUE = Bluetooth pairing mode
Select Harmony A0 from your device’s Bluetooth list to pair.
Something Doesn’t Look Right?
Trying to Fix an Auracast Connection?
This reset only clears Classic Bluetooth pairing history. It does not clear or reset Auracast connections.
Bluetooth Still Will Not Connect After Reset
- Remove or Forget Harmony A0 from your Bluetooth device.
- Turn Bluetooth off on nearby devices that were previously connected to the speaker.
- Put Harmony A0 into Bluetooth pairing mode and pair it again.
Flashing RED & BLUE = Bluetooth pairing mode
