Eon Aura - How to Factory Reset / Clear Bluetooth Pairing History

If you are experiencing connection issues or want to pair Eon Aura with a new device, you can clear the previous pairing history.

Please follow these steps:

1. Turn on the headphones (make sure they are not in call mode).
2. Press and hold the + and - buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds.
3. The LED will turn solid red and blue for about 5 seconds.
4. The pairing history will be cleared, and Eon Aura will automatically enter pairing mode.

You can now connect Eon Aura to a new Bluetooth device.
