Clear the Bluetooth Pairing History
Use these steps if Eon Aura is having Bluetooth connection problems or you want to start fresh with a Bluetooth device.
After clearing the pairing history, you will need to pair Eon Aura with your Bluetooth device again.
Clear the Pairing History
Keep Eon Aura powered on while completing the steps below.
Turn On Eon Aura
Make sure the headphones are powered on and not in a phone call.
Hold + and − for 5 Seconds
Press and hold the + and − buttons together for 5 seconds.
Check the LED
The LED should stay solid red and blue for about 5 seconds.

Wait for Pairing Mode
Eon Aura will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
Ready to Pair Again
The previous Bluetooth pairing history has been cleared. You can now pair Eon Aura with your Bluetooth device.
