Loop Dock – Can I Use the Earbuds with My TV?
Yes. You can use your Loop earbuds to listen to your TV.
The Loop Dock does not include a TV transmitter. How you connect depends on whether your TV has Bluetooth.
Does Your TV Have Bluetooth?
YES – My TV Has Bluetooth
Connect the Loop earbuds directly to your TV.
Step 1 – Put the Earbuds in Bluetooth Pairing Mode
- Turn ON the Loop earbuds.
- Press and hold the button for 3 seconds.
Flashing RED & BLUE = Ready to pair
Step 2 – Find the Earbuds on Your TV
- Open your TV's sound or audio settings.
- Look for Bluetooth, Bluetooth Speaker, Headphones, or Audio Output.
- Select the Loop earbuds.
- Wait for the connection to complete.
TV menus vary by brand and model.
Solid BLUE = Connected through Bluetooth. Play something on your TV and check for sound.
NO – My TV Does Not Have Bluetooth
You will need a compatible TV transmitter.

Connect Using a TV Transmitter
- Connect the compatible transmitter to your TV and turn it ON.
- Turn ON the Loop earbuds.
- Keep the earbuds close to the transmitter.
- Wait for them to connect through Auracast.
Solid ORANGE = Connected through Auracast. Play something on your TV and check for sound.
Something Doesn't Look Right?
My TV Cannot Find the Loop Earbuds
- Turn Bluetooth OFF on nearby phones and tablets.
- Press and hold the button for 3 seconds.
- Wait for Flashing RED & BLUE = Ready to pair
- Search for the earbuds again on your TV.
My TV Does Not Have Bluetooth
Connect a compatible TV transmitter to your TV. Then turn on the Loop earbuds and wait for them to connect.
The Earbuds Do Not Connect to My Auracast Transmitter
Press the button once to switch between Classic Bluetooth and Auracast.
Wait for Solid ORANGE = Auracast connected
