If your Voyager headphones aren’t pairing, most issues can be fixed by ensuring the device is in the correct mode: use Bluetooth mode or Auracast mode. Also, turn off other Bluetooth devices on your TV, phone, or nearby gadgets to avoid interference.
Quick Check
Pair via Auracast
1. Before pairing Check Compatibility [HERE]
2. Make sure your hearing aids aren’t streaming audio (calls, music, or media).
3. Switch Voyager to Auracast mode (slide to Active).
4. Put your hearing aids/earbuds in Auracast mode and connect via the hearing aids’ app or Android Auracast assistant to complete pairing
5. Select “Find and Join Broadcast” → choose Voyager
Pair via Bluetooth
1. On your TV, phone, or tablet, toggle Bluetooth off and on.
2. Ensure Voyager is ON and in Bluetooth mode.
3. Wait for the screen to show “Searching → Ready to Pair”.
4. If you don’t see “Searching”, press and hold the middle button for 2 seconds to enter pairing mode.
