HDMI connection, port, or TV audio settings (like ARC/CEC) are incorrectly set up or not properly connected.
Quick Check
1. Plug HDMI into the TV’s ARC/eARC port (not regular HDMI)
2. Make sure cable is firmly connected
3. Turn ON HDMI-CEC and ARC in TV settings
● (eARC must be OFF) and Audio format set to PCM
● Follow here - Disable eARC on Your TV
● If you don’t see these options or it doesn’t work, try restarting the TV and reconnecting the cable

Most Common Issue / Why This Happens:
The adapter won’t work if plugged into the wrong HDMI port or if ARC/CEC is off.
Tip:
● Not compatible with: Apple TV, Fire TV, Roku sticks, etc. HDMI ports on laptops, monitors or projectors
● Plugging in HAX06 may disable your TV speakers. (This is normal HDMI ARC behavior.)
