Clear Saved Pairing History
Reset the headphones when you want to erase previous connections and start pairing again.
Before You Reset
This clears all saved connections, including both Bluetooth pairings and Auracast connections. You will need to reconnect your devices afterward.

Power On the Headphones
Turn the headphones on before starting the reset.

Hold Volume + and − Together
Press and hold both volume buttons together for about 5 seconds.

Watch the LED
Release the buttons after you see the reset indication.
Red + Blue Together for About 2 Seconds
The combined light appears pink while the pairing history is being cleared.
Red and Blue Flash Alternately
Reset complete. The headphones are ready to pair again.
Reset Complete
When the LED begins flashing red and blue alternately, the previous Bluetooth and Auracast connections have been cleared.
