Harmony A1 - Firmware Update / DFU

Keep your Harmony A1 system up to date with the latest firmware.

Firmware updates may include new features, bug fixes, performance improvements, and compatibility improvements.

Important:
For the best experience, please update both devices:

• Harmony A1 speaker(s)
• Oasis Aura / Harmony transmitter

Before You Start

Please use the included gray USB-C data cable to connect the speaker or transmitter to your computer.

USB-C → Device
USB-A → Computer

Using a charging-only cable may prevent the Firmware Updater from detecting your device.

Latest Firmware Versions

1. Harmony A1 Speaker

Latest recommended firmware:
V0.9.3

What’s New:

• Added support for synchronizing broadcast password changes from the transmitter
• Includes several minor bug fixes

2. Oasis Aura / Harmony Transmitter

Latest recommended firmware:
V10.9.3

What’s New:

• Improved sound quality and reduced audio distortion
• Better compatibility with Auracast hearing aids

Step 1 – Update Firmware

1. Download and install the Avantree Firmware Updater on your Windows or Mac computer.
2. Connect the speaker or transmitter to your computer using the included gray USB-C data cable.
3. Open the updater and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.

Step 2 – Reset After Update

After completing the firmware update:

1. Reset both the transmitter and speaker(s)
2. Test the system again in normal usage conditions.

Need Help?

If the updater does not detect your device:

• Make sure you are using the included gray USB-C data cable
• Try another USB port on your computer
• Restart the Firmware Updater and reconnect the device
