Quick Fix
Phone audio cutting in and out?
Keep your phone close to the transmitter and reduce nearby wireless interference. For the most stable connection, use Optical or AUX instead of Bluetooth.
First, check the distance.
Keep your phone within 15 m (50 ft) of the transmitter. Walls and other obstacles may reduce the usable range.
1
Move the phone closer
Bring your phone closer to the transmitter and check whether the audio becomes stable.
2
Reduce interference
Move the transmitter away from Wi-Fi routers, access points, microwaves, and other nearby 2.4 GHz devices.
3
Use a wired connection
If possible, connect your audio source directly to the transmitter using Optical or AUX.
For the most stable audio
Use a wired connection instead of Bluetooth whenever your audio source supports it.
Optical
Recommended for TVs with Optical Out
AUX / 3.5 mm
Use when your audio source has an audio-out port
