VoxAmp Lite – How to Prevent Interference When Using Multiple Amplifiers

Using two or more VoxAmp Lite amplifiers in the same room? Follow these steps to keep each microphone connected to the correct amplifier.

Why Does This Happen?

When several amplifiers are nearby, a microphone may connect to the wrong amplifier. To prevent this, lock each microphone to its own amplifier.

Step 1 – Connect the First Microphone

  1. Turn OFF all other VoxAmp Lite amplifiers.
  2. Turn ON the first amplifier and its microphone.
  3. Wait for the microphone to connect.
  4. Speak into the microphone and make sure your voice comes through the correct amplifier.
Tip: Keep the other amplifiers turned OFF until you finish locking the first microphone.

Step 2 – Lock the Microphone

  1. Find the Power button on the microphone.
  2. Quickly press the Power button 3 times.
  3. The microphone is now locked to its connected amplifier.
Locked: The microphone will reconnect only to that amplifier.
Step 3 – Repeat for Other Amplifiers
  1. Turn OFF the first amplifier and microphone.
  2. Turn ON the next amplifier and its microphone.
  3. Wait for them to connect.
  4. Quickly press the microphone's Power button 3 times to lock it.
After locking: Repeat these steps for each additional VoxAmp Lite. Then turn everything ON and test all microphones together.
How to Unlock a Microphone

Want to connect the microphone to a different amplifier?

  1. Turn ON the microphone.
  2. Quickly press its Power button 2 times.
  3. The microphone is now unlocked and can be paired with another compatible amplifier.
Tip: After connecting to a different amplifier, press the Power button 3 times to lock the new connection.
Still Hearing Noise or Interference?
  1. Make sure each microphone is connected to the correct amplifier.
  2. Keep microphones and amplifiers away from other wireless equipment when possible.
  3. If you hear loud whistling or howling, lower the amplifier volume and move the microphone farther away from the speaker.
