Lower headphone volume and let your hearing aids do most of the work.
Quick Check
1. Lower your headphone volume to about 30–50%
2. Increase volume on your hearing aids instead
3. Try switching your hearing aids to “Music” or “Headphone” mode
● Check your hearing aid app (like myPhonak) for custom programs
● If it still the same, move headphones slightly so they don’t press directly on the hearing aid mic
Why This Happens
Feedback happens when headphone sound leaks into the hearing aid microphone and plays back as a high-pitched noise .
💡 Tip (Helpful for some users)
1. If your hearing aids are Auracast-compatible, you don’t need to wear headphones at all.
● pair directly with an Avantree Auracast transmitter (like DG60 Aura, Oasis Aura, or C82). This gives them clear, direct audio with zero feedback.
