AcuEar Pebble 2 – How to Reset the Case Mic & Earphones

Reset the AcuEar Pebble 2 if the earphones will not connect, only one side has sound, or the connection is unstable.

Important

A reset clears the saved Bluetooth connections. For a complete reset, reset both the Case Mic and the earphones. Follow the steps in order.

Step 1 – Reset the Case Mic

  1. Keep both earphones inside the charging case and leave the lid open.
  2. Press and hold the Case Power button for 3 seconds.
  3. Wait until the Case Mic flashes red and blue.
  4. While it is flashing red and blue, double-press the Case Power button.

Flashing RED & BLUE = Pairing mode

Solid PINK for 2 seconds = Case Mic reset complete

Do not stop here. You must also reset both earphones.

Step 2 – Reset Both Earphones

  1. Take the left and right earphones out of the charging case.
  2. Wait until both earphones flash red and blue.
  3. On either earphone, press and hold the ＋ and − buttons together for 5 seconds.

Flashing RED & BLUE = Ready to reset

Both earphones Solid PINK for 2 seconds = Reset complete

You only need to hold ＋ and − on one earphone. Both earphones should reset together.

Step 3 – Reconnect Everything

  1. Put both earphones back into the charging case.
  2. Close the lid and wait a few seconds.
  3. Open the lid again.
  4. Wait for the Case Mic and earphones to reconnect automatically.

Case Mic and earphones flash RED & BLUE

Wait for automatic reconnection. Do not press any additional buttons.

Something Doesn't Look Right?

Case Mic Does Not Flash Red & Blue

Keep the case lid open, then press and hold the Case Power button for the full 3 seconds.

Flashing RED & BLUE

Case Mic Does Not Turn Pink

Wait until the Case Mic is flashing red and blue. Then double-press the Case Power button.

Solid PINK for 2 seconds = Reset complete

Earphones Do Not Flash Red & Blue
  1. Put both earphones back into the case.
  2. Close the lid and wait a few seconds.
  3. Open the lid and take both earphones out.
  4. Wait for both to enter pairing mode, then try the reset again.

Flashing RED & BLUE = Ready to reset

Reset Finished, but They Do Not Reconnect
  1. Put both earphones into the case.
  2. Close the lid and wait a few seconds.
  3. Open the lid.
  4. Wait for automatic reconnection. Do not press any additional buttons.
