AcuEar Pebble 2 - How to Reset Case Mic and Earphones?

When should I reset my AcuEar Pebble 2?

Resetting may help if the earphones fail to connect, audio is missing on one side, or pairing becomes unstable.

⚠️ Resetting will clear all Bluetooth pairing information on the earphones.

Step 1: Reset the Case Mic

1. Open the charging case lid.

2. Press and hold the case power button for 3 seconds
   → The LED will flash Red and Blue.

3. Double-press the power button
   → The LED will turn Solid Pink for 2 seconds, indicating reset is complete.

Step 2: Reset the Earphones

1. Take both earphones out of the charging case.

2. Make sure the earphones are in pairing mode (LED flashing Red and Blue).

3. On either earphone, press and hold “+” and “–” together for 5 seconds
   → Both earphones’ LEDs will turn Solid Pink for 2 seconds.

Step 3: Reconnect Automatically

1. Place both earphones back into the charging case and close the lid.

2. Open the lid again.

3. The case and both earphones will flash red and blue together,
   then reconnect automatically.
