Which connection are you trying to use?

AuraLink supports Bluetooth and Auracast. Choose the connection you're having trouble with.

AuraLink doesn't appear or won't connect in your device's Bluetooth settings.

AuraLink cannot find or connect to an Auracast broadcast.

First, make sure AuraLink is in Bluetooth pairing mode.

Look for flashing red and blue

The Bluetooth indicator should flash red and blue alternately when AuraLink is ready to pair.

Put AuraLink into pairing mode
If the indicator isn't flashing red and blue, press and hold the MFB for about 3 seconds.
Remove the old AuraLink connection
In your phone or computer's Bluetooth settings, forget/remove Avantree AuraLink.
Clear AuraLink's Bluetooth memory
Double-press the MFB.
Pair again
Keep the devices close together, refresh the Bluetooth list, and select Avantree AuraLink.

Bluetooth indicator already solid? AuraLink may already be connected to another Bluetooth device. Disconnect that device before trying again.

First, make sure an Auracast broadcast is available nearby.

Look for a flashing orange indicator

A flashing orange indicator means AuraLink is searching for an Auracast broadcast.

Check the Auracast source
Make sure the TV, phone, or transmitter has its Auracast broadcast turned on.
Move AuraLink closer
Place AuraLink close to the Auracast transmitter while troubleshooting.
Restart the search
Turn AuraLink off and back on, then wait while the orange indicator flashes.
Restart the broadcast if needed
Restart the transmitting device and turn its Auracast broadcast back on.

Connected through Bluetooth instead? Disconnect the Bluetooth device, then restart AuraLink so it can search for an Auracast broadcast again.
