Factory Reset

Clear the AuraLink's Bluetooth pairing history

Put the AuraLink into pairing mode, then double-click the MFB button to reset its saved Classic Bluetooth connections.

Important

This reset only clears Classic Bluetooth pairing addresses

Turn on the AuraLink before starting the reset.

AuraLink must be powered ON.

Press and hold the MFB button until the red and blue LEDs blink alternately.

PAIRING MODE

While AuraLink is in pairing mode, double-click the MFB button.

MFB → Double-click

Watch the LEDs immediately after double-clicking the MFB button.

Red + Blue stay solid

Both LEDs remain solid for about 2 seconds.

Then red / blue blink alternately

AuraLink returns to pairing mode. The reset is complete.

Reset complete

The previous Classic Bluetooth pairing addresses have now been cleared. You can pair AuraLink with your Bluetooth device again.

If the LEDs do not follow the sequence above or AuraLink still will not connect after the reset, contact us for help.
