This is usually caused by distance or wireless interference between your phone and Oasis Aura. Try the checks below.

Move the Phone Closer

Keep your phone within 15 m / 50 ft of Oasis Aura. Walls, furniture, and people between the devices can reduce the effective range.

Test closer to Oasis Aura

Reduce Wireless Interference

Keep Oasis Aura away from Wi-Fi routers, access points, microwaves, and other devices using the 2.4 GHz band.

Increase separation

Use a Wired Audio Source

If Bluetooth remains unstable, connect your audio source directly to Oasis Aura using Optical or AUX.

Most stable option

Quick interference test

Place your phone close to Oasis Aura and temporarily move the transmitter away from nearby Wi-Fi equipment. Play audio again and check whether the cutting out stops.

If the audio becomes stable: distance or nearby 2.4 GHz wireless activity was likely affecting the Bluetooth connection.

For the Most Stable Audio

Connect the audio source directly to Oasis Aura.

If you do not need to stream from the phone wirelessly, a wired connection removes the phone-to-transmitter Bluetooth link that can be affected by range or interference.

Optical Recommended when connecting a TV or another device with Optical audio output.

AUX Use for audio sources with a compatible analog audio output.
