Reset Oasis Aura to clear its saved pairing information.
After the reset, previously paired devices will need to be paired with the transmitter again.

Power On Oasis Aura
Connect the transmitter to power and turn it ON.

Press + and − Together
Press and hold both volume buttons at the same time for 10 seconds.
Hold together for 10 secondsRelease when all Oasis Aura indicators turn on.
Keep holding + and − until the indicators across the Oasis Aura front panel illuminate, then release both buttons.

Indicators illuminate together = reset confirmed
After the reset
The saved pairing history is cleared. Pair your Bluetooth device or reconnect your Auracast listening device as needed.
