FACTORY RESET
ShareCast – Factory Reset / Clear Pairing History
Clear Bluetooth pairing history and return the HomeBuddy speaker to Auracast mode.
Important: This reset clears all Bluetooth connections saved on the speaker.
Step 1 – Turn On the Speaker
- Press and hold the ▶ button for about 2 seconds.
LED flashing ORANGE : The speaker is on and has entered Auracast mode.
Step 2 – Switch to Bluetooth Mode
- Press and hold the + and ▶ buttons together for 3 seconds.
LED flashing: RED and BLUE. The speaker is now in Bluetooth mode.
Step 3 – Clear the Pairing History
- Press and hold the + and – buttons together for 5 seconds.
The LED turns PINK briefly, then flashes ORANGE .
The Bluetooth pairing history is now cleared. The speaker has returned to Auracast mode and is ready to join an Auracast broadcast.
Something Doesn’t Look Right?
The LED Does Not Change
- Make sure the speaker is turned on.
- Press both required buttons at the same time.
- Hold the buttons for the full time shown in the step.
