ShareCast - Troubleshooting: Tips for Reconnecting the Speaker to the Dongle

The speaker and dongle are pre-paired and typically reconnect automatically. If they don’t link right away, try the following:

• Play Audio – Plug the dongle into your audio source (phone, PC, etc.) and start playing audio.

• Check Broadcast Mode – Make sure the speaker is in Broadcast Mode (blinking orange light). If not, press the center button + volume buttons to switch modes.

• Stay Close at Start – When powering on, keep the dongle and speaker within 1 meter (3 feet). Once connected (solid orange light), you can move the speaker up to 20 meters away.
