Disable eARC on Your TV
If an HDMI ARC transmitter or audio device has no sound, your TV may be sending eARC instead of standard ARC.
Set eARC to Off
Keep the TV connected to its HDMI ARC/eARC port, but turn off the TV's eARC setting so it uses standard ARC instead.
How to Turn Off eARC

Open TV Settings
Open the main settings menu on your TV.
Open the Sound Settings
Look for Sound, Audio, or Audio Output.
Turn eARC Off

Restart the TV

eARC Is Off but There Is Still No Sound

Still No Sound?
- Confirm the cable is connected to the TV's HDMI ARC/eARC port.
- Confirm eARC is Off.
- Restart the TV after changing the setting.
- Test the TV audio again.
