How to Fix Audio Cutting Out When Connecting With Phone

If audio cuts out when your phone is connected to the Harmony A1 transmitter via Bluetooth, please check the following:

1. Stay Within Range

   • Keep your phone within 15 meters (50 ft) of the transmitter.

2. Reduce Interference

   • Devices like Wi-Fi routers, access points, and microwaves also use the same 2.4GHz band and may cause interruptions. Keep them away from the transmitter and speakers.

3. Use a Wired Connection

   • For the most stable audio, connect the transmitter to your audio source using a wired connection (Optical or AUX) instead of Bluetooth.
