ShareCast Solo - Troubleshooting: Why can’t my phone or TV find the speaker?

Check the mode (LED color):

• Blue = Bluetooth (visible to phones)

• Orange = Auracast (not visible in Bluetooth list)

Switch to Bluetooth mode:

• Press and hold ▶ & Volume + for 3 seconds

• LED changes from orange to blue

Already paired to another device?

• Reset with Volume + & –  if unsure

Ensure close range and charged battery
