If the volume is lower than expected, please check the following:

1. Placement: For better sound and volume, place the Slumber on top of your pillow, inside the pillowcase. Refer to the video below for guidance.

2. Volume Settings: Ensure the volume is set to maximum on both the Slumber B and your connected device.
