Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Turn the TV OFF.
2. Get the Headphones into Pairing Mode:
Once switched on, your headphones should automatically enter pairing mode (fast flashing BLUE and RED LED). If they do not, you need to manually put them into pairing mode. Here is how:
- For Batches before T22F1 (printed somewhere on the product.): Press & Hold the middle button on the headphones until you see the LED indicator flashing RED & BLUE .
- Batches T22F1 and after: Slide the power switch to the "pair" position and hold it there for 2 seconds until the LED indicator begins flashing RED & BLUE ; you will also hear the voice prompt say "Pairing" if you have voice prompts on.
- Important: Please do not pair your headphones with other devices (e.g., cellphone, PC) other than the transmitter.
3. Activate Pairing Mode on the transmitter:
a. HT4189 transmitter:
Press and hold the [A] or [1] for 3s until the LED indicator starts flashing RED & BLUE rapidly.
b. HT5009 transmitter:
Press and hold the [] or [
] until the LED indicator starts flashing GREEN AND WHITE rapidly.
4. Wait for the Connection:
Allow the headphones to connect to the transmitter. Once connected, the LED indicators on both the transmitter and the headphones will turn solid BLUE.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP
5. Lock the Headphones to the Transmitter:
- HT4189 transmitter:
Press and hold the [A] or [1] button for 10s until you get a solid PINK light for 2s and back to solid BLUE. This action locks the headphones to the transmitter. - HT5009 transmitter:
Press and hold the [] or [
] for 10s until the "TX" or "1" indicator turns solid GREEN for 2s and back to solid WHITE.
Notes:
- ● Make sure the transmitter is powered on and connected to the TV.
- ● Ensure both the transmitter and headphones are within range for a stable connection.
- ● If any issues arise during the process, try restarting both the transmitter and the headphones and repeat the steps.
