Oasis Plus 2 – Troubleshooting: Can’t Pair Bluetooth Headphones

Turn off Bluetooth on other devices
Disable Bluetooth on previously connected devices to avoid auto reconnection.

Put devices into pairing mode

• Oasis Plus 2: Pressing & holding the button until the" " LED flashes green and white alternately.

• Bluetooth earbuds: Follow your earbuds’ manual to enter pairing mode (usually hold a button until LED flashes or sound plays).

Keep devices close
Place the transmitter and earbuds within a few feet for a strong connection. When connected, the LED turns solid white.

Factory reset if needed
Reset the Oasis Plus 2: How to Reset Oasis Plus 2
Reset your earbuds: Please refer to your earbuds’ user manual (e.g. How to Reset AirPods).

Remove interference
Devices like Samsung Smart TVs may disrupt Bluetooth signals. Turn them off or unplug during pairing.

Power cycle the Oasis Plus 2
Unplug and plug back the power to the Oasis Plus 2.
If powered by TV USB, try using a wall charger instead.
