Dulcet Pro – Step 1: Connect to a PC
Connect your Dulcet Pro USB headset to your computer or laptop.
Step 1 – Plug In Your Headset
- Turn ON your computer or laptop.
- Find an available USB port on your computer.
- Plug the Dulcet Pro's attached USB cable directly into the USB port.
Step 2 – Wait for Your Computer
- Wait a few moments while your computer recognizes the headset.
- If this is your first time connecting the Dulcet Pro, your computer should automatically install the required drivers.
No Bluetooth Pairing Needed. The Dulcet Pro is a wired USB headset.
Next: Set Up Your Computer's Audio
Choose the Dulcet Pro as your computer's speaker and microphone to start using it.
Continue to Audio Settings →Computer Not Detecting the Headset?
- Unplug the headset and plug it back in firmly.
- Try another USB port on your computer.
- Wait for the computer to recognize the headset.
- Restart your computer and reconnect the headset if needed.
