Dulcet Pro – How to Adjust the Boom Microphone

Is the microphone too close to your face? Follow these simple steps to adjust it.

Tip: Position the microphone near the side of your mouth, without touching your face.

Make sure the microphone is not touching your cheek or lips.
Speak normally during a call or microphone test.
If your voice sounds too quiet, move the microphone slightly closer to your mouth.

Microphone Still Too Close or Difficult to Adjust?

Take off the headset before adjusting the microphone again.
Gently rotate the microphone forward or backward.
Do not force or sharply bend the microphone arm. If it does not move normally, contact Avantree Support.
