DG60 Aura - El micrófono no funciona

Possible reasons:

• Using Auracast mode (no mic support)

• PC Output/Input not set to DG60 Aura

• Call app Mic/Speaker not set to DG60 Aura

How to fix:

1. Switch to Bluetooth mode

2. On PC, set Avantree DG60 Aura as:

   • Output device (Speaker)

   • Input device (Mic)

3. In your call app, select DG60 Aura for both mic & speaker

4. During call, LED = White solid (call mode active)

⚠️Note: 

• Auracast mode does not support mic or headset microphone functions.

• If you need to talk while using Auracast, use your PC or phone’s built-in mic instead.

• In Call mode, audio quality changes to mono.

• For stereo music, close call apps and return to Music mode (LED = Blue solid).
