Before You Start: Slumber B connects to your device with its 3.5 mm plug. No Bluetooth pairing is needed. Check the cable connection, audio output, and volume with these steps.
Step 1 – Check the Audio Connection
- Unplug Slumber B, then firmly reconnect its 3.5 mm plug to your device’s headphone or audio output.
- Make sure your device is sending audio through the connected headphone or audio output.
- If you use an adapter, check that it supports audio. A device with a USB-C port needs the USB-C version of Slumber B.
Step 2 – Check Audio Output & Volume
- Play music or a video and make sure your device’s audio is not muted.
- Turn up the volume on both your device and Slumber B using its volume wheel.
- For better sound, place Slumber B on top of your pillow, inside the pillowcase.
Step 3 – Still No Sound? Test Again
- Try another song, video, or app.
- Disconnect and reconnect Slumber B, then test the audio again.
- Try Slumber B with another device that has a 3.5 mm audio output. If it works there, check the audio output and adapter on your original device.
