Slumber Duo - Fix No Sound – Avantree Support

Before You Start: Slumber Duo is a wired pillow speaker. Check its connection to your device, confirm audio is playing, and adjust the volume on both the speaker and your device.

Step 1 – Check the Audio Connection

USB-C Device

Connect Slumber Duo’s USB-C connector securely to your device’s USB-C port.

AUX / 3.5 mm

Remove the USB-C adapter, then connect Slumber Duo’s 3.5 mm plug to your device’s headphone jack.

Bluetooth via Avantree Remote

If you have a compatible Avantree Bluetooth remote (sold separately), connect Slumber Duo’s 3.5 mm plug to the remote’s AUX port, pair it with your phone, and play audio.

Step 2 – Check the Audio Source

Play a song, video, audiobook, or other audio on your device.
Make sure the device is sending audio through the connected USB-C or headphone output.
If you are using a Bluetooth remote, make sure the remote is paired with your phone and selected for audio.

Step 3 – Check Volume & Speaker Position

Turn up the volume using the scroll wheel on Slumber Duo and the volume controls on your device.
Try another song, video, audiobook, or app.
If you removed the speaker from its cover, make sure the sound holes face up when you reinsert it.
