Can't find an Auracast broadcast?

First, make sure the Auracast transmitter is powered ON and actively broadcasting, then move closer to it.

If the broadcast still doesn't appear, check these in order.

Make sure the permissions needed to scan for nearby broadcasts are enabled.

Bluetooth: ON Nearby Devices: Allowed

Unplug Aura C from your phone, then firmly reconnect it to the USB-C port.

Search again

Open VenuCast Connect and scan for broadcasts again.

VenuCast Connect → Find Auracast

Still seeing no broadcasts?

Confirm that there is an active Auracast broadcast nearby. Aura C can only find transmitters that are currently powered on and broadcasting.
