Ace Aura - Factory Reset

If your earbuds are experiencing connection issues or you want to pair with new devices, you can factory reset them to clear all previous pairing history.

⚠️ Important: This will erase all saved connections. After resetting, you will need to reconnect your devices again.

Reset the Earbuds:

1. Open the charging case lid.
   → The earbuds will flash red & blue.
2. Double-click the PAIR button on the charging case.
   → The earbuds’ LEDs will turn pink.
   → They will then flash blue rapidly.
   → The earbuds will enter pairing mode, with the LEDs flashing red & blue.

Once complete, the earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode, ready for new connections.
