First update the Audikast 4HA using the DFU tool. Once the update is complete, you can change the broadcast name, passcode, and default volume settings.
The broadcast name and encryption settings become available after the firmware update is successfully completed.
Before You Start
Download and open the DFU tool on your computer.
Use a USB data cable, not a charge-only cable.
Plug the Audikast 4HA directly into your Windows PC or Mac.
Make sure the Audikast 4HA is powered ON.
Update the Audikast 4HA
Keep the transmitter connected to your computer during the update.
Connect Audikast 4HA
Connect it directly to your computer using a USB data cable and power it on.
Open the DFU Tool
Launch the installed DFU updater on your Windows PC or Mac.
Load the Firmware
Load the Audikast 4HA firmware file, then click Run / Start.
Wait for Completion
Keep the Audikast 4HA connected until the firmware update finishes.
Change the name listeners see when searching for the Auracast broadcast.
Select the encryption option to configure a protected broadcast and passcode.
Adjust the default volume setting as needed.

DFU Tool Not Detecting the Audikast 4HA?
Check these first:
Try another USB data cable first. If that does not work, restart your computer and try again. You can also test the update on another Windows PC or Mac.
