Harmony / Harmony 2 – Not Charging or Turning On?
Follow the steps below for the device having the problem.
Step 1 – Check the Power Lights
🔋 Speaker: Connect it to USB-C power using a 5V / 1–2A wall adapter.
🔌 Transmitter: Connect to USB power (5V / 2A) and turn it ON.
No lights? Continue to Step 2.
Step 2 – Try Another Power Source
Try a different:
- Wall outlet
- USB wall adapter
- USB cable
Use the cable and charger from a speaker that charges normally with the problem speaker.
Starts charging? → The original cable or charger is likely the problem.
Still not charging? → Continue below.
Step 3 – Check the Charging / Power Port
Unplug the cable and check the port for:
- Dust or debris
- A loose or damaged connector
- A cable that does not insert completely
Reconnect the cable firmly and check the lights again.
Step 4 – Speaker Still Won't Turn On?
A completely drained battery may not turn on immediately.
- Use a known-working cable and wall adapter.
- Charge for 30–60 minutes.
- Disconnect the charging cable.
- Try turning the speaker ON.
A normal full charge takes approximately 3.5 hours.
Step 5 – Transmitter Still Has No Lights?
Make sure the transmitter is connected to USB power (5V / 2A).
- Switch it OFF.
- Wait 10 seconds.
- Switch it back ON.
- Check for an LED.
Still no light? Try another:
USB cable → Power adapter → Wall outlet
