How long does a refund take?

If you cancel / refund your order before it has shipped from our warehouse, we will process your refund immediately and in most cases, you will receive the refund payment within 5 business days (this may vary depending on your bank).

If you refund / return your item after it has already been shipped, we will begin the refund process after we have received the returned item, after which you should receive your refund payment within 5 business days (again, this may vary depending on your bank).
